Create custom Kanban boards, lists, charts and timelines.
Views can be created for any dataset, with sophisticated filters and multi-dimensional groupings, resulting in highly functional and beautiful interfaces that are easy to understand and use.
Views can be combined within user-generated dashboards for improved oversight of your endeavors.
Flows
Set up rule-based process automation, managing internal and external data flows and ensuring everyone in your team and business is in the loop.

Invoke custom forms from within flows to create multi-stage, multi-person workflows that give you control and visibility at every step.
Apps & Templates
Create an app from an existing template and customize it to suit, or build completely from scratch, it's up to you.
MetaTeam enables you to get started quickly (E.g. with a simple Kanban board), and add features over time as your needs change and expand.

Any apps you build can also be published as templates for you and others to re-use.
Beta Access
We are in beta and are managing our growth carefully, so access is currently invite-only. Once our invitees have signed up they can invite others to join their apps.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will MetaTeam be available to the public?
We are currently running an invite-only beta to control growth while we hone the platform's features and technical infrastructure. We expect to enter the public beta phase in Q2 2024.
Will you charge a subscription fee (and will there be a free option)?
We have not finalized our plans as yet, but our current thinking is that we will start with 3 plans - Starter, Plus and Pro (and eventually an Enterprise option) - for which there will be a subscription fee (after a 30 day free trial). Our goal is to be very competitive on pricing, with our Starter plan being around the cost of a flat white (per month). We will activate subscriptions during the public beta phase.
Who are you guys?
We are a small team of developers situated in the beautiful Gold Coast of Australia. Our CEO is a software development veteran, who started MetaTeam to overcome many of the challenges faced using productivity tools to manage both small and large scale software projects.

Why MetaTeam?
That's a good question, considering there are a lot of capable productivity apps out there.

With MetaTeam we set out to build a productivity tool that had the following traits:

The simple get-up-and-running accessibility of Trello.

The customizable data structures and domain flexibility of Airtable (i.e. not just strictly task management).

The functional breadth, project/team oversight and management capabilities of Jira.

The ability to mix in certain features of other peripheral tools, such as issue trackers, product support management, HR and CRM.
While also having these qualities and capabilities:

Each team member (or role) only sees the information they need to do their job, presented simply and concisely.

The user interfaces (forms, views) look like a built-for-purpose product, not a prototype-in-progress.

Stakeholders in a project or business, whether it be customers, management or business partners, can be given customized access based on their specific perspective or interest.

Any team member (if allowed) can add and remove features, without requiring coding, and without compromising the integrity of the app.

MetaTeam is essentially a productivity app building platform, where you can quickly and easily get started, but have the power to add and refine features as you need them - every stage being precisely what you and your team need to be productive.
